• Tenancy-referencing and credit-check providers.
• Government-approved tenancy-deposit-protection schemes (e.g. TDS, DPS, MyDeposits).

• Property portals where you have instructed us to market your property (e.g. Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket).
• HMRC, law enforcement, the National Crime Agency or other regulatory authorities, where required by law.
• Contractors and tradespeople carrying out works at managed properties.
• IT and software service providers operating our CRM, hosting, email and website analytics under written data-processing agreements.
• Google reCAPTCHA, which we use to protect our website forms from automated abuse (see Section 10).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We ensure all third-party processors comply with data-protection laws and only process your data under our instructions.

Your data is primarily stored in the UK or the EEA. Where we transfer your data outside the UK or EEA (for example, where a software supplier hosts data in the US), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place — typically a UK adequacy decision, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
